She was doomed while still in the womb.
That’s what she was raised to believe.
So how did she get this far, and for so long?

And Yet, She Lives… is a bittersweet and amusing journey based on a true story of an individual who lives her life through anxiety, courage, and song.

The Leena Salim Band covers the cool jazz fusion styles – from pop to funk, soul to blues, Latin to bossa. Whether Leena is swinging or crooning, her interpretations of the songs and her live performances have been known to altogether captivate and delight.
