Tom Oliver Productions are passionate about the beauty of the Bayside – and the value of the arts. But the arts ain’t cheap! And without the Federal funding we received in 2021, Wynnum Fringe and Tom Oliver Productions are working on ways we can continue to grow without it.

For 2 years, the Bayside has seen Wynnum Fringe and Rock the Bay – and now Bayside Music Hall and Murarrie Muster – start, grow, flourish and we know you want them to continue. In addition to applying for grants and seeking sponsors, we’re asking YOU to partner with us to grow the dream: become a Bayside Arts Member!

As a Bayside Arts Member, you will get to peek behind the curtain at our upcoming projects, purchase amazing merchandise at a discount – and get special ticketing discounts for many of our events.

As a VIP (a VERY important punter) we’ll also be more than happy to throw you a party every now and again to celebrate the arts, the Bayside and to gather with all the BAMs for a tipple and a chat!

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BECOMING A MEMBER?

You’ll know you’re supporting your local area and young creatives determined to build a sustainable arts business for the benefit and entertainment of your local community. HOW DOES MY UNIQUE MEMBERSHIP CODE WORK? WHERE WILL I FIND IT?
Your BAM Membership code is your key for gaining access to discounted tickets across Wynnum Fringe events. To use your code, enter your unique BAM code (found on your purchase confirmation email) before adding a ticket to your cart and it will be automatically applied on the next page.
AFTER I PURCHASE MY BAM, HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN START USING MY UNIQUE MEMBERSHIP CODE?

Your BAM discount code can take between 1-2 days to activate in our ticketing system. Please email hello@wynnumfringe.com if you are having difficulty using your discount code.

IS MY BAM MEMBERSHIP FOR ME TO SHARE WITH OTHERS?
We would love to have you and all your friends at our events – but the discounts for BAM members are to reward our special BAM friends only. This is why your unique membership number will only work on your ticket for an event. Why not encourage your friends to sign up too so everyone gets a discount?! Hooray!

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T REMEMBER WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS I USED TO REGISTER? OR IF I CAN’T REMEMBER MY UNIQUE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?

Your unique BAM membership code is “BAM” followed by number under the barcode on your confirmation order. Detailed instructions on using your BAM code can be found on your confirmation email. If you can’t remember login details, try searching ‘Tom Oliver Productions’ in your inbox or contact hello@wynnumfringe.com.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY TICKETS VIA EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you haven’t received your tickets via email within an hour, please check to see if your mailbox is full or if the email is in your spam/junk folder.
If you still haven’t received your ticket, please contact us at hello@wynnumfringe.com for further assistance.

Why am I receiving the error "The Booking Code 'BAM0000000000' is exhausted"?
The error code is due to having the BAM discount code active in multiple carts. Unless you click ‘Cancel Reservation’, the ticketing system will believe you’re still using it elsewhere. Make sure you have clicked ‘Cancel Reservation’, refresh the Wynnum Fringe website on the device you want to use – and close the website on any other devices you have open. Try your purchase again, using the BAM code, and leaving a space between multiple codes. If you are still getting an error message, wait 12 minutes for the cart to expire or contact us at hello@wynnumfringe.com for assistance.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY E-TICKETS FOR MY EVENT/S?
Once you have received your ticket confirmation email, you should see two options to add your tickets to either ‘Google Pay’ or ‘Apple Wallet’. Just click through to your corresponding device. You can also use the PDF attached to your confirmation email for entry to our events.
HOW DO I PRINT MY E-TICKET'S IN HARD COPY?
You can print your E-tickets on your home printer in black and white or colour, on standard A4 paper. Please ensure that the barcode is printed in full/correctly, otherwise we might be unable to scan your ticket at the door.
WHY DO I NEED TO “NAME” MY E-TICKETS?
If you have purchased more than one E-ticket, you will need to name the tickets you purchased for the other patrons who will accompany you. In order to gain entry to the event, the name on the ticket must match the name on the ID presented at the door. If you aren’t sure of who you’re bringing at the time of purchasing tickets, you will receive an email to remind you to do so before the event.
HOW DO I USE MY TICKET TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE EVENT?

When you get to the door/gate, please have your Wallet app open (Google Pay or Apple Wallet) or show the PDF ticket found on your confirmation email. Make sure the brightness settings are turned all the way up and the barcode is clear on the screen for our ushers to easily scan.
