ROCK THE BAY

We will fly, way up high…

It's time to give yourself Permission To Shine at Rock the Bay, a brand new one-day outdoor music concert starring beloved icons and up-and-coming talent. A first for Brisbane’s bayside. Headlined by Aussie music legend Daryl Braithwaite, groove along to rock royalty Kate Ceberano, ‘90s pop duo Bachelor Girl and singer-songwriter Sarah McLeod of The Superjesus and solo fame. Punk rockers Wildfire Manwurrk perform for the first time outside Arnhem Land in their native languages, while the local lineup includes singer-songwriters Luke Kennedy and Mark Sholtez, folk-pop duo Women in Docs plus the electro-pop stylings of Ella Fence and Lucid Safari’s reggae-tinged vibes.

Hosted by Wynnum Fringe Founder Tom Oliver and Johnny Balbuziente (Married at First Sight), this exciting addition to the Bayside calendar is not to be missed. Join us on the hill at Iona College, Lindum and sing along to hit songs The Horses, As The Days Go By, One Summer, Summer Love, Howzat, Love Songs, Pash, Bedroom Eyes, Buses & Trains, Permission To Shine, Gravity and many more with Australia’s finest for one day only in the beautiful Bayside.
